We use UPS or USPS. We receive orders the day after order is placed. We ship within 72 hours of order receipt. Please
allow 4-15 days from order date to receive your order. No PO Box deliveries.

Sales tax of 5.5% will be added to orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin.

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price. Send
purchase back within 30 days of your orders arrival with a copy of the packing slip enclosed. All merchandise must be in new
condition and returned in its original package. Return shipping charges are customers responsibility unless merchandise is
defective or we shipped you the wrong item. In these cases we will exchange or replace merchandise and refund shipping
charges incurred when item is returned to us. Damages during delivery are carriers responsibility. We highly recommend
you insure your return so item can be tracked if lost.
